MADENTEK designs and manufactures runners (blades) for Francis and Pelton types of hydro turbines. We manufactured the runners in the following pictures for special goverment projects. In addition, MADENTEK is a qualified manufacturer of complete hydro turbine (Francis and Pelton) systems for hydroelectric power plants, by having in-house design and manufacturing capabilities.
MADENTEK turbine runners (both Francis and Pelton types) are machined out in 5-axis Borverk CNC center. Runners are machined out of a single forged disk (G-X5 CrNi 13-4 grade steel) and that yields a supreme-quality product.
